Automatic Piston Filler
The automatic piston filler can handle any viscosity of liquid, both with and without particles. It dispenses repeatable, accurate fill volumes, crucial to chemical, pharmaceutical and personal care industries, among others. We will feature the four-head model at the Expo, and we also manufacture models with one to 12 heads.
Spindle Capper
Our spindle cappers can handle nearly any bottle type or shape. It can also place and torque most threaded cap types, including flat caps, oval caps, flip top caps, pull spouts, safety caps, child proof caps, sport caps, and caps with over-caps or induction seals. Its design allows you to easily add on other automation capabilities over time. One component we will feature at the Expo will be the Cap Sorting Elevator. This machinery can automatically sort and position a large volume of caps so they are ready to be used by the capper.
